Get excited! Some changes have been underway in the MakerSpace! Two of our most popular pieces of equipment, the CNC router and the 3D printers, have recently been upgraded to newer and more reliable models to help improve your MakerSpace experience.
The X-Carve Pro 4X2 is a more powerful and easier to use CNC router. You will still be able to enjoy the simple Easel workflow with jobs now running faster and more accurately. Other improvements include sturdier hardware, a shorter and more accessible cut surface, and an easier to adjust dust shoe.
Two Ultimaker S5s have replaced our previous models. These printers have a bigger build volume at 13” X 9.4” X 11.8”. This upgrade also includes material stations for both printers, which allows for easier access to load and replace filament.
