Family Affair is a delightful, fun and fast story about a second chance at love and a cat named Dog. Following her painful divorce, Lucy adopts a beautiful Abyssinian cat named Cleo, and moves to an apartment in San Francisco. Everything is fine. Well, fine except for the dreadful neighbor next door. Jack often argues with his girlfriend and Lucy hears all the yelling through the paper-thin walls.
Jack wants a dog, but instead adopts an alley cat, names him Dog, and allows him to run loose and chase after Cleo. When it becomes apparent that Cleo’s been caught, Lacy plans to make Jack and Dog pay. But Lucy’s about to learn some things about Jack and his cat named Dog she didn't know.
