Brandon Sanderson’s book, Oathbringer, is the third book in the Stormlight archives series. The book begins with the main characters splitting up. As the everstorm sweeps on, Kaladin goes home to warn his family. Dalinar attempts to unite Roshar, and Shallan continues research on the Knights Radiant. Kaladin ends up returning to Urithiru where he is tasked with taking back Khloniar. Once again, this book stretches on for a long time, however this book seemed to be more divisive in the sense that it had many different plots going on at the same time. Kaladin, Shallan, Dalinar were all in very separate missions. The events of the everstorm definitely add a good layer to this book and make it more interesting. However, my critique with all the books in the series stays true to this one as it is just too long and drags on it too many parts. While I enjoyed this book a lot, I give it a 4-star rating due to the length, and plot that seemed a little all over the place.
