I will never trust book Tok again. This “romantasy” (loose on the antasy part of the word) is exactly what the author described it as. A Frankenstein of every single romance-fantasy trope in one book. I don’t believe there is a single original plot within the book. The book takes you through the world of “Ilya” (what a creative name I know) where people called “Elites” reign with their powers and “Ordinaries” are well... ordinary. I love how the book does not let us infer or hypothesis power dynamics within this kingdom whatsoever.

The main characters, Victor and Eli start off as friends who go to the same college, studying in the scientific field. After Eli discovers a formula for creating Extraordinaries- the story starts flying. The scene changes from their dorms, to jail, to a fancy hotel, to the eerie graveyard with shovels stuck in the soil 6 ft deep.
Artemis Fowl is a fantasy novel by Eoin Colfer. It is the first novel in the Artemis Fowl series. It follows Artemis Fowl, a child genius who decides to kidnap a fairy named Holly Short for ransom in order to reinstate his family fortune. However, he has to contend with the magic of these dangerous fairies to succeed with his plot.
My rating for this book is a 3.5 because of the beginning . This book failed to get my interest at the beginning and I believe the main reason was that it was not written to be interesting at the beginning.
Summary:
This is about three high school girls who are immune to an allergy caused by black plants. These black plants took over one day after it rained and now all three of the girls are racing to try and fix the allergies from the plants.
Rating: 3 My rating for this book is a 3 because the book was very detailed and the plot line was really focused and detailed. Also, it did not have much happening for the first few chapters.
Summary: Justin's friends go missing and he returns home after that. They all go to Zee's house, the person who got lost, for a welcome home party. They then play hide and seek, after which everything changes. They find out about a lot of things because of the game.
