Exile from ShadowClan by Dan Jolly is a graphic novel extra of the Warriors series. This book explores what was happening in ShadowClan near the beginning of the first series. Following Firestar from when he was still an apprentice to when he became a young warrior. This book is from Nightpelt’s (Brokenstar’s previous mentor) perspective. Nightpelt has always had a bad cough, which caused him to eventually retire to the elders' den since he couldn’t hunt or fight.

island. This is the summer that the boys come. The boys are Carrie’s friend’s

boyfriend's friends. When the boys get to the island Carrie suddenly finds Pfeff, one of

the boys, very interesting. Carrie and Pfeff start hanging out more and soon they are

much more than friends. Carrie’s sisters think Pfeff is not good for her, so what will

Carrie choose? Family or Pfeff?

Budge Wilson's Before Green Gables acts as a prequel to Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery. This book opens with Anne's parents as they prepare to start a family and ends when Anne is selected to live with the Cuthberts. Throughout the novel, we see Anne's passion for learning and her love of words appear and grow, staples of her character.

Before is the final book of Anna Todd’s After series. This book gives some insight into a few of the characters’ lives before After takes place and provides a retelling of the beginning and end of Tessa and Hardin’s relationship through Hardin’s point of view.
