Catching Fire, the second book in Suzanne Collins's bestselling Hunger Games series, was even better than its predecessor. After the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss's life is in more danger than ever before. Uprisings are beginning to emerge in the districts, and it's all because of some berries. As things become tenser, the existing love triangle becomes more apparent. Peeta and Katniss are barely acquaintances, but they must play the part of the "star-crossed lovers" if they want to save themselves and everyone that they love from President Snow's wrath. This book was excellent; every good thing from The Hunger Games was there, but more intense. The emotion present was absolutely marvelous.
