Slackers was by far one of the best books I have ever read. This was the first book I read in the series and the first book I read that Gordon Korman wrote. I love all the books that he writes because they are entertaining and interesting. Cameron Boxer is the main character in Slackers and he loves playing video games. My favorite part about the book is how he likes playing video games so much that he would create a group at school to fool his parents that he was doing something else instead of video games. This book has a lot of lazy people in it and I love how every chapter is a new perspective of different people's point of view of other people’s actions. In the 1st chapter you can read about Cameron Boxer but then in the second chapter they'll switch to a different character and you'll know their point of view. This is always going to be one of my favorite books because I could not put this book down and that is very hard for me to do. I loved reading this book so much that I spent the whole evening after I got home from school reading this book and that is very hard for me to do with any book.
