A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson is about a girl named Pippa who decides to reopen a closed local murder case for her senior capstone project and tries to find the “real” killer. She quickly becomes engulfed in her investigation and is met with lots of people that don’t want her digging up the past.
This book constantly throws new leads and clues at you and lets you piece together your own idea of what happened. This book definitely dropped my jaw at the end and had me a little too invested in Pippa’s life. This book is a great start to the three-part series, which I quickly jumped to finish after how good the first one was. This mystery novel is 100% worth picking up and reading and I would recommend it to anyone.
