The Hobbit, by J. R. R. Tolkien, is a Fantasy Fiction book. Bilbo Baggins is a Hobbit. He does not like adventures, or so he believes. When Gandalf and thirteen dwarves show up at his hole, Bilbo is confused. With a lot of explaining and convincing, Bilbo finally agrees to go on the adventure. The group goes through a lot together: orcs, trolls, and wargs. What Bilbo does not know is that this adventure will change him, completely.
Although I am not a big fan of Fantasy, I really enjoyed this book because of the plot. It was absolutely amazing. I loved the character development of Bilbo and his relationship with the dwarves. Also, I love the foreshadowing in the book. It makes the story much more interesting. The cover looks decent. I like the adventure picture on it. Rating: 4/5
