Two Can Keep a Secret, by Karen M McManus, is about a teen named Elory
and her twin brother coming to live with their estranged grandma, because
of their mother’s addiction. The town they come to live in however, is very
mysterious and unsolved murders and disappearance have been
happening a lot lately. A girl Ellory befriended becomes missing and Ellory
is determined to find her. But as she looks for her, she finds out more and
more dirty secret which might lead to her becoming a victim too.
One of my favorite authors is Karen M. McManus, and I just had to read
this. This turned out to be a little horrifying and I think it was a good book
overall. The characters are amazing and the plot was good too. I would rate
⅘ because it was definitely a page-turner.
