Circe is a novel about Greek mythology. The book takes us on a journey through Circe's life. It starts off with her childhood taking us all the way through her adolescent years. The book depicts her journey as she tries to find herself and learn to accept herself in a world where she is always misjudged and not accepted.
The novel is an amazing read with a very interesting story. The difficulty level is medium as some parts were challenging to understand and I did have to look some words up. Overall, I recommend reading this book if you are interested in mythology and want to get into it on a deeper level. I also enjoyed reading this book as it focuses on the life of a specific goddess giving us a deeper perspective on her life.
