Super Diaper Baby 2: The Invasion of the Potty Snatchers is a graphic novel by Dav Pilkey, the second book of the Super Diaper Baby book series. It starts off depicting Billy and the dog’s life. They always go to help out people when they need a superhero, but this makes his dad feel sad since he feels a bit useless. Meanwhile, two villains named Dr. Dilbert Dinkle and his cat, Petey, are robbing a bank. The human accidentally gets turned into water by his machine, but can then rob the bank. One day, Petey gets thirsty and drinks him up. When he uses the bathroom, Dr. Dinkle changes form. No one wants him in their shops, making him really angry and wanting revenge. He then thinks of a plan to steal everyone’s toilets so they wouldn’t be able to use the bathroom. Will Super Diaper Baby and his dog companion be able to stop Dr. Dinkle and Petey before it is too late?
I thought that this book was really funny, like the first Super Diaper Baby book. I enjoyed all the jokes and also the rhyme scheme in the middle of the book! However, just like the last book, there are plenty of spelling errors that would detract from comprehensibility. Because of all this, I give this book a four out of five.
