It follows the story of Eddie, a 90-year-old man who spends his days volunteering at a charity shop. As he spends his day sorting through people's donations, he collects sentimental items that he thinks people will regret donating one day. One day a girl with pink hair walks in to donate stuff from her recently dead boyfriend. Eddie decides to save her things for her. She ends up coming back for his things, and she and Eddie get to talking. In their time talking, she learns that at 90 years old, Eddie has never had his first kiss, and they begin a journey to find Eddie love. Throughout their journey Bella and Eddie learn things about each other and they help each other throughout the book.
This book was amazing, it was full of so much joy and emotion that the reader can truly feel. The plot is perfect, it is perfectly paced, and the characters and their backstories are truly a work of art. I think that anyone who loves romance and a beautifully crafted story would love this book.
