The American Royal family. Such a huge responsibility and pressure. Beatrice, the heir of the throne, has to find a man she might have to think about marrying. Samantha, the sister of Beatrice, doesn’t see herself as worthy to be part of the royal family. Samantha is trying to get attention by doing all the wrong things in the eyes of the royals. Jefferson, Samantha’s twin, is dealing with a breakup and sorting out his feelings when he falls for someone unexpected but near. These siblings will go through so much together and deal with the ups and downs of life as royals and some of them might fall in love on the way.
Overall, this is one of my favorite books, tied with the similar series, The Selection. The twists and turns of this book are so good and makes you not want to stop reading. I enjoyed the themes of this book. Warning, there is one character in this book that you might come to dislike. Another aspect of this book I enjoy is the way Katharine McGee writes and makes you change your feelings about a character throughout the book. I love this book and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing read.
