This book is a super informational book describing the ways in which one can build better habits. It goes into microscopic detail on how to make these habits and how they impact our lives for the better (or for the worse). By using scientific research & studies, the author illustrates and backs up his many different steps on forming habits.

I was initially quite skeptical as I expected it to be very opinionated and boring, but I actually really enjoyed this book. The author’s writing style was not hard to understand at all despite the usage of many studies. I really liked how he provided step-by-step suggestions encouraging people to act on them instead of just listing out theories and strategies. Even as a teenager, I could relate to a lot of things he was saying and found that I could apply many of his strategies in my own life, making this a book that isn’t exclusive to age.

I recommend this to anyone wanting to better their life by forming (or breaking) habits. I think it’s especially important for teens or young adults as forming these habits are pretty essential to being successful in our modern-day society. It’s a very practical, useful, logical, and compelling novel that could offer you some ground-breaking tips to change your life for the better.
