Percy Jackson, Son of Poseidon, is once again dragged into another quest with his two friends Annabeth Chase, and Grover Underwood. After a secret entrance is discovered at Camp Half Blood, the trio must venture into the infamous labyrinth of Dadaeleus, as he is the only person who can stop the titans from rising. The journey to reach Dadaeleus is more difficult than it seems though since two other people are in the labyrinth, searching for Dadaeleus. To make matters worse, the labyrinth of Dadaeleus isn’t some ordinary maze. It has a consciousness and is known for confusing the inhabitants of the maze. Will Percy and his friends be too late to save the camp or will they succeed in their quest and prevent the titans from rising again?

I thought that The Battle of the Labyrinth was an exquisite book filled with many unexpected plot twists and excitement. Rick Riordan did a fantastic job of continuing to delve deeper into the character Nico di Angelo. Make sure to read the previous books in the series before reading The Battle of the Labyrinth because it’s the fourth book in the series. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes learning or reading about Greek Mythology, since this book not only tells you about Greek Mythology; it also retells the stories in a funny way, so you do not get bored while reading. This book is an amazing read!
