Book Lovers, written by Emily Henry, is a novel about Nora who has been through more breakups than you can count. She is a workaholic living in New York, but when her younger sister drags her into a month-long trip to Sunshine Falls North Carolina, Nora is hopeful that she'll find a summer love. That's when she meets Charlie Lastra. She's not quite sure how her story is going to end after meeting him.
This book was an OK read. Not one of my favorites, but it was decent. Nora needed to have a little bit more faith in her younger sister. She was just trying to help her. Charlie also was a good guy, but Nora had her guard up too much at the very beginning. I think she should’ve given him a chance to prove himself instead of jumping to conclusions. I rate it three out of five stars just because the plot was messy (as mentioned above).
