Selina Kyle returns to Gotham as Holly Vanderhees to carry out a vital personal mission. Luke Fox wants to prove that he is the hero that the city needs. As the two are pitted against each other in a game of cat and mouse, Selina is faced with other threats from her past. Will she be able to complete her mission before time runs out?
I really enjoy this book because it is fast-paced, features cool heists, and has a romance subplot. I liked the way that Selina Kyle is written because her character is strong, snarky, and independent. I felt like I could relate to her even when the situations she was in weren’t very relatable. Luke Fox was also a well written character because of his relationship with his trauma from the war throughout the book. I recommend this book for thirteen or older because there is violence and some romance. I would recommend this book for anyone who likes superheros, heists, enemies to lovers, and action.
