This mystery book written by Kara Thomas follows the story of Hadley as she works on writing a story for her school newspaper about the school's two time national championship football team. As she works on writing this story, terrible things begin happening to the team. Slowly, she begins to uncover more and more information about the team that the school has covered up for years. As I read this book I found it so exciting. It was full of twists and turns that I never saw coming. It kept me on the edge of my seat from the first chapter and I hoped it would never end. The author crafted this book beautifully. The story was never too slow and had good pacing throughout. I would recommend anyone who likes mystery novels to read this book.
