A Court of Frost and Starlight is the fourth book in the series and definitely the most boring. This book is short, but it felt like forever while reading it. It is the definition of a filler book as it follows Feyre and her family in the Night Court over a holiday. This book is different from the others since you get multiple perspectives which was interesting. The book was not bad, but it was definitely not on the same level as the other books. As the Night Court experiences a winter holiday similar to Christmas, there is nonstop family drama that fills the book. If you want a happier ending than A Court of Wings and Ruin and you want to read more about the characters, then you will like this book. It is also a good introduction to the spin off A Court of Silver Flames about Feyre’s sister, Nesta. If you are not going to read about Nesta, then this book is unnecessary. Overall, the book was very boring and not super entertaining.
