I love love love this book. Filled with adventure, fantasy, thrill, some romance and even a few creepy/intense moments. There was always something happening that made you want to keep reading and I personally couldn’t put it down. Both main characters, Kell and Deliah (Lila) Bard, were so loveable and I absolutely love them together and apart.
Although this book was fantasy and magic filled, the characters were so relatable and I was able to connect with them in a real world setting. This is the first book out of the trilogy and so it ended on a somewhat of a cliffhanger that made me immediately start the second, which I’m currently in the middle of. I rated this book a 5/5 stars and even though I’ve only read a few fantasy series, this one is definitely becoming my favorite. It’s the perfect series to get into reading fantasy as well!
