Summary: Rowley and Greg have a fallout. Greg has 2 options: Christopher Brownfield and Tyson Sanders. Greg chooses Christopher. Greg tries auditioning for the Peachy Breeze ice cream, but he is discriminated against for his age. He also goes to a different dentist, a professional, not for kids. He has to wear headgear, but it gets lost. Then his mom takes classes and the family takes care of themselves, resulting in Frank's ankle being twisted. Greg now has increased responsibilities, like waking himself up. Meanwhile, Rowley grows a pimple and is then invited to Jordan Jury's party, which is a legendary one. But, it is on the same date as Uncle Gary's wedding. Rowley is sad, and then they break up. Greg gets "The Talk," which is a method Gammie uses for giving wisdom to boys Greg's age. Greg was glad he wasn't invited because Jordan invited them to act like slaves. Rowley and Greg were back on track.
Review: The book has decent storylines, extremely hilarious scenarios, and other components that make it great. Most children I see who read the Wimpy Kid series are usually reading this one and laughing at what they're reading! It has a great ending, teaching children and tweens not to want to be in a rush to get older and to enjoy their childhood while it lasts.
