The movie Dune is about a teenage boy named Paul Atreides, who is the heir to the Atreides house on their planet Arrakis. Paul and his family are struggling, as the “spice” that their family needs is no longer available. Paul tries to step up and help his family, but he does not know the amount of work that it takes to be king. Paul later realizes he is much different from most people on his planet, as he has magical powers just like his mother. He tries to keep the peace in his community, while also managing his powers. I really enjoyed watching this movie, as there are many twists and turns along with it. The acting is phenomenal, and so is the storyline. I loved the way the movie was filmed, and it is all so beautiful. I recommend this movie to anyone who loves science fiction, or a really thrilling movie.
