I loved this cookbook because of its unique style and wide range of dishes. It made falafel feel less intimidating and more do-able for cooking at home. My family loves the falafel Buddha Bowls, and I loved that many of the dishes were paired with suggestions for side dishes. I recommended this book for anyone interested in trying new things in the kitchen, or anyone who loves falafel!
