Fourth Wing is a high fantasy novel that follows a cadet named Violet Sorrengail as she braves Basgiath War College, where the only goal is to bond with a dragon or die trying. As the daughter of a commanding general, she has an immediate target on her back. Throughout the book, we see Violet try to make her way through this college, forging friendships and navigating enemies.
I really enjoyed this book. The characters, the setting and the plot were all amazing components and really added to the story. While the book isn’t that well-written, it's still a fun story to read and follow. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves fantasy, war and romance.
