This classic was a pretty good read in my opinion. In the book, you are introduced to Gatsby who is the
eccentric man the book is centered around. He is a wealthy man who holds parties often and lives in a
considerably large house. It’s a story about parties, politics, life, romance, and society. The narrator of
this book is a man named Nick Carraway. Nick rents a house right next to Gatsby and becomes
interested and kind of drawn into all the drama that surrounds Gatsby. He learns more about Gatsby’s
past and realizes Gatsby may be different from what he thought. I feel like the storyline was pretty good
in this book and I loved how the author went in depth to describe every character. I recommend this to
teens wanting to read a classic book or just a book about life and romance.
