Happily Ever After is a novel about many characters featured in The Selection Series. These characters are not the main characters in the main books. Some of these characters are Amberly, Marlee, and Celeste. I loved hearing these characters point of views! My personal favorite part is learning how Queen Amberly and King Clarkson met. There is a lot more behind their marriage than meets the eye. I would recommend reading this book between The One and The Heir. I would also recommend this book to 8th grade students who want to know more about the understated characters of the Selection.
