Beck Brix was born inside the bathroom of a local pizza place; because of this she has access to unlimited pizza, a guaranteed job, and a little fame. But Beck is conflicted between working at the cheesy pizzeria, or hanging with her seemingly wealthy friends. When a problem arises in the pizza place, she discovers that all things have meaning, even if they may not seem like it.
This book is summarized by the title; it’s a cheesy love story. But I wish that the story didn’t focus so much on romance, and instead focused on Beck exploring her emotions. This book is realistic due to the fact that Beck is conflicted on which group to be mainly apart of, the geeks or the glam squad. The only thing I didn’t like is that the book was slow in the beginning then fast in the end. It made the book seem like it wasn’t well thought out. Overall, I would rate this book a 3/5. You should give this book a chance if you like books about romance and pizza.
