Out of My Mind by Sharon M. Draper is a novel about a girl, Melody Brooks, diagnosed with a disability. She gets integrated in classes with other kids, and overcomes her disability. She gets to play a team quiz, and sees the judgmental perspective of other kids around her.
I would rate this book a 2 out of 5, as it as a good book for those to connect to other kids between others. This book was great to reflect on school life. I also loved reading about the young girl overcoming her problems, as she became an inspiration
