After an unfortunate event causing Annabeth Chase and the Goddess of the moon, Artemis, to get captured by Kronos’s army, a prophecy is issued and Percy Jackson, Grover Underwood, Thalia Grace, Bianca di Angelo, and Zoe Nightshade must go on a quest to save Artemis and Annabeth. Luke is beginning to gather more monsters and demigods for the war. The five demigods must make it across the States to California where Annabeth and Artemis are while being chased by Kronos’s minions. As if the quest wasn’t hard enough, the prophecy states that two of the five demigods won’t survive. Read The Titan’s Curse to find out how Percy Jackson and his friends save the world this time.

I thought that The Titan’s Curse was an incredible read. The ending to the book had me on the edge of my seat as I was reading it. I liked how the book introduced some of the new characters. Some places that I thought needed a bit of improvement were the character development. I thought that the readers didn’t really get to know the newer characters in the novel before they died or the book ended. The Titan’s Curse is the third book in the Percy Jackson series so make sure to read The Lightning Thief and The Sea of Monsters before reading this book. If you enjoy learning or reading about Greek mythology then The Titan’s Curse might be a book that will spark your interest. There is mystery, fantasy, and adventure in this book.
