The plot twists within this book made me want to keep reading until I figured out what was going to happen. This book was full of intense and suspenseful moments and had my attention the whole time. The main character is Lowen Ashley, a writer who was struggling with inspiration and this leads to her accepting a job that is going to change her. Jeremy Crawford, who is married to the author Verity, hired Lowen to complete the books series Verity was writing. She was unable to fill her contract due to a medical issue and so, Lowen was offered the opportunity to finish the series. Throughout the book, we find out more about why Verity was unable to fill her job—from her husband Jeremy — and the secrets from the Crawford family were never-ending. I think that this book was well-written and had a good story line. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to read a good thriller and someone who wants a book that will hold their attention to the end.
