What about Will by Ellen Hopkins is a book about two boys, Trace and Will who are brothers and best friends. Will’s mom hated football because she thought it was a dangerous sport, but Will's dad thought that it was good to have kids playing sports. Finally, Will's mom gave in and let Will play. All was going well, everybody loved Will and he loved playing.  One day Will had a football game and everything was going great, until it wasn’t. Will had a serious injury on the field that completely altered his thinking and causes him to have bad anger issues and start using drugs. Then when Trace’s mom leaves and Trace’s dad starts seeing someone else. Trace is left all alone to try and put his family back together.

This book has many sad chapters that talk about more sensitive topics such as drugs, harassment, and overdose. I like the author's writing style especially in this book because it is written in verse and is a fast and easy read. This book is good for people who are in the 12–18-year-old age range as it has some triggering and sensitive topics. I definitely recommended this book to others because it is just an amazing but sad book, and it tugs at your heartstrings.
