Paul David Hewson, better known as Bono, is the lead singer of the famous rock band U2. This book tells his life story—from growing up in Dublin, Ireland, to becoming a world-famous musician and someone who helps people around the world. It shares how he got the name “Bono Vox,” which means “good voice,” and how his band U2 became super popular, selling millions of albums and winning many Grammy Awards.

The book also talks about how Bono cares about helping others. He works hard to fight poverty and disease and was even named “Person of the Year” by TIME magazine. This book is a great choice for kids who like music and want to see how one person can make a big difference.

Who is Bono? is a great starting point for kids who are interested in music and helping others. The writing is simple and easy to understand, so young readers can enjoy learning about Bono’s life. It does a good job showing how much he loves music and how he works hard to make the world a better place. While it mostly talks about his work and success, it would be nice if there were more about his personal life. Still, it’s an inspiring book that teaches kids to follow their dreams and do good things for others. Three out of five stars.
