In the book called Rated, by Melissa Grey, it is set in a dystopian society where people

survive based off of their ratings. This rating system keeps people in order and it ranks the

society for value. The higher score you have the more value you keep to the society and lower

you have will mean less value and harder work you have to do to then increase rating. At a

school called Maplethorpe Academy, EVERYTHING the people do counts to their ratings.

Bella Kirkwood is on the case again, this time after finding a woman with a sword

through her heart at the circus. Bella can’t help trying to solve the case with her

editor Luke Sullivan, however Luke seems to be distracted by Ashley Timmons, the

new girl in town. Bella’s dad is about to get married and she thinks there is something

fishy about this marriage and she needs to find out before her life is ruined by

Christina, her dad’s fiance. Bella puts herself in danger once again to solve the

The Last Thing He Told Me was a fantastic read. The book was a mystery-thriller

that kept me engaged throughout the whole book. Hannah’s husband

mysteriously disappears after trouble with work. This sets Hannah and her

step-daughter Bailey on a mission to find answers. The story emphasizes the

importance of family and what one is willing to do to protect those they love. With

many twists and turns this will keep readers engaged and wanting more. I would

Twisted Palace by Erin Watt is teen fiction and the third book in the series. Ella Harper is still fighting. Broken Prince by Erin Watt is teen fiction and the second book in the series. Reed Royal has everything one could ever want. But he never cared about anyone except for family until Ella Harper came crashing into his home. It started with hate and wanting her out but ended as the absolute opposite. Until a stupid mistake drove her out, for final. Now, he must do everything he can to get her back, and it’s not as easy as he thought.

Paper Princess by Erin Watt is a teen fiction. Ella Harper has spent her entire life fighting. Majesty by Katherine McGee is young adult fiction and the second book in the series. America is about to have its first ever queen. As Princess Beatrice gets ready for the throne, Princess Samantha is living up to her careless, party image with a certain prince. Nina is trying to avoid Prince Jefferson and the palace as much as she can. Daphne is trying to win back Jefferson while closing a dark secret that threatens to open.

In Helena Fox’s debut title How It Feels to Float, we follow the protagonist Elizabeth, or Biz, as she goes through the struggles of grief, identity, and mental health after the traumatizing events she has gone through. Biz’s father died ten years ago, and then she recently kissed and got rejected by her best friend. Her mental health takes a downward spiral, and we watch as she attempts to recover from these obstacles.

Finley Sinclar’s older brother, Will, was murdered recently. Finley is headed to Ireland just like Will, for a study abroad program. On the plane ride to the land of saints and scholars Finley happens to get seated right next to Beckett Rush, an actor who many girls Finley's age are obsessed with. Finley doesn’t care much for Beckett, until she meets up with him again in Ireland. Finley has to deal with jealous girls at school, the start of an eating disorder, and trying to find meaning in her relationship with God. Finley has a lot on her plate, will she be able to keep it together?
