She doesn't have a real friend group at school, so she drifts through her life as a character in her brother's and his boyfriend's life. That is, until she discovers a trail of Post-It notes from her locker to an unused computer lab, where she finds a note from Solitaire.
The Outsiders is a coming-of-age novel by S.E. Hilton and is a story about how a boy and his two older brothers survive in the world after the death of their parents. The main character, Ponyboy (his real name is Michael Curtis), is a 14-year-old who is in a gang with his brothers and friends. They view themselves as outsiders to the real world and take care of one another like family. The book covers the journey they go through as they struggle to get by.
The Queen of Nothing by Holly Black is fantasy fiction and the third book in the series. Jude releases her control over Cardan for immeasurable power, who in realty exiles her. Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell is a realistic fiction book set in 1986 and follows Eleanor and Park. Eleanor is a new girl in town and she couldn’t stick out more. Park is the boy in the back of the bus who thinks he’s invisible. But not to Eleanor. The two bond over mixtapes and comics. Even with their mountain of problems, they fall in love, knowing it might not last. Yet they’re brave enough to try. I read this book for school and to be honest, I hated it.
Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen is a realistic fiction book. It follows two points of view of the same story. When Julie Baker first saw her new neighbor Bryce Loski, it was love at first sight. When Bryce first saw Julie, it was the complete opposite. As they got older, Julie fell deeper for Bryce, and Bryce got even more terrified. After a tragedy hits Julie, things change. Her love for Bryce changes. And so does Bryce’s view of Julie. Throughout this cute romance, we see heartbreak and friendship.
The Lifeguards by Amanda Eyre Ward, is the perfect summer read. The story follows three moms who all have sons the same age. One night while the three boys Xavier, Bobcat and Charlie, were out riding bikes they came across a dead woman's body. Panicked, the boys and their parents called the police but in fear of being a suspect remained anonymous. The thrilling story switches from different points of view, revealing hidden secrets and unexpected twists.
Camp is about two girls named Willow and Olive. They learn to trust each other and learn the value of friendship. Even though they have fights, they sort it out and are friends again. Camp is a great book and I liked it a lot. I think it has a great story line and deserves a high rating. You should definitely read Camp!

The reason she wants to be so knowledgeable is to know how to keep her and everyone she loves safe. Throughout this book, she is constantly learning how to cope with her worries. But, there is one very important thing she must know- what is this fizzy feeling in her chest when she is with her friend Chloe?
