I read 1984 for my English class and I have mixed feelings about Orwell's novel. On one

hand, I really appreciate his writing style and I believe the purpose behind the book is

important for everyone to hear. However, it was a very slow start and terribly boring during

part one. And the ending, don't even get me started. I was not happy that Winston finished

the book submitting to everything he had fought against for years. I couldn't make up my

back. She becomes a bruja in hopes that she will be able to get her sister back. While becoming

a bruja, she makes some friends on the way.

Summary: Paige is a senior in high school who was in a coma for a week. When she wakes up

she realizes that she is the last person left alive in her town. An apocalypse has struck which

means that she needs to go look for survivors. When she finds a couple of other survivors she

realizes this may be a bigger deal than she realizes.
