Paper Towns by John Green is contemporary fiction. Quentin Jacobsen has spent years loving

Margo Roth Spiegelman from distance. When she enters his life with just an open window, they

spend an all-nighter that turns into an amazing bonding experience. But the next day, Margo is a

complete mystery. Quentin finds clues that are specifically for him and finds himself further from

The Fault In Our Stars by John Green is romance fiction. Hazel is a cancer patient and joins a

cancer support group to help cope and make friends. There, she meets Gus. She and Gus start

a friendship that eventually leads to adventures and the best time of their lives. This book was

so good. It was absolutely heartbreaking. I cried so much. It was funny, cute, and overall

absolutely amazing. I would give it a 4/5.

Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard is fantasy fiction and the second book in the series. Mare

Borrow continues her search for others like her to join the Red Guard. She learns about her

powers, about her heart, and becomes something the Silver Court should fear. I didn’t enjoy this

book very much. There were a lot of unnecessary scenes and it was so dragged on. The

monologues were unnecessarily dramatic and the characters got on my nerves sometimes.
