The Fear by Natasha Preston is about Izzy, a girl whose town whose

town becomes a murder hotspot after a meme gets shared. The meme

says to tell your worst fear of dying. Izzy thinks it stupid, and is a bit

frightened of it anyway so she tries to avoid it. But others start sharing and

then murders start taking place. Murders that take place according to the

victim’s worst fear of dying. Izzy is determined to find out who is behind this

The Twin by Natasha Preston is about a girl named Ivy who welcomes

her twin sister, Iris, after a fatal accident happening to their mother. Ivy

wasn’t exactly thrilled but was willing to share her life with Iris. But Iris

seems a bit obsessed with Ivy’s life. Almost wanting to take over her life.

Ivy tries to pretend she is just being paranoid but now everyone is under

Iris’s spell. Ivy must figure out what’s going on and what are Iris’s true

intentions.

Awake by Natasha Preston is about a girl named Scarlett who doesn’t

remember much of her childhood after a fatal accident. Soon Scarlett is

having strange dreams and a new student shows an interest in her. Little

does she know that this student is here to recover her from where she

actually is from, the Eternal Cult. The Eternal Cult is determined to take

Scarlett back, and she will be their next sacrifice.

The Lake by Natasha Preston is about Esme and Kayla, two girls that

come back to summer camp with a dark secret. When the girls pretend

everything is just as it always is, a message appears. A message that

might potentially be a threat to Esme and Kayla, but one thing is for sure.

They know their secret. And they want them to come clean about it, also to

face the consequences of their actions.

The Cabin by Natasha Preston is about a girl named Mckenzie who

decides to go to a cabin with her friends for fun, a chance to rewind a bit.

But things start happening and 2 of her friends are stabbed to death.

Things change and now everybody is a suspect. Mckenzie must figure out

who the murderer is before they strike again, but things start to make sense

and scary as she figures out what actually is going on.

You Will be Mine by Natasha Preston, is a thriller about a teen named Lyla

who is apart of a horrific murder disaster. Lyla and her friends all share a

dorm, and they really enjoy it until they receive a note. Which oddly enough

is addressed to one of her roommates, Sonny. Nobody think much of it until

Sonny disappears that night and is brutally murdered the next day. One by

one the roommate start becoming victims, and Lyla might be next.

Two Can Keep a Secret, by Karen M McManus, is about a teen named Elory

and her twin brother coming to live with their estranged grandma, because

of their mother’s addiction. The town they come to live in however, is very

mysterious and unsolved murders and disappearance have been

happening a lot lately. A girl Ellory befriended becomes missing and Ellory

is determined to find her. But as she looks for her, she finds out more and

Good Girl Bad Blood is the second book in

Holly Jacksons murder mystery trilogy. This

book was extremely well written and kept me

in suspense throughout the entirety of the

book. One thing I did feel was that the

ending of the book felt rushed leaving me a

little bit confused. All in all, the book

always keeps you questioning on what happens

next, making it a suspenseful and enjoyable

read.

Pip has a mystery to solve because if she doesn’t she may never solve another

mystery again. Someone is after Pip. She doesn’t know who it is, why they are after

her, or what they will do to her if they capture her. It all started with a dead pigeon.

Then the situation escalated to a pigeon with its head cut off and Pippa knew she

had to act fast or she would be next. Pippa is scared and doesn’t know what to do or

who to tell because at this point, who can she trust?
