Fourth Wing, written by Rebecca Yarros, is the first book in her fantasy series named The Empyrean series. This book does contain a couple mature scenes, so I would recommend it mainly for teens at least 16 or older or adults. The main character Violet Sorrengail, daughter of the commanding general of Navarre, has been forced into becoming a dragon rider by her mother. She joins Basgiath War College where you either graduate or die a terrible death.

While some wanted to assist them in killing the fates’ creator, ultimately none can be trusted.
It Ends With Us, a fictional romance novel by Colleen Hoover follows the life of Lily Bloom, a twenty-three-year-old girl living in Boston. Liza was always a big dreamer, hardworking, and smart, but her mom, Mrs. Yang, begs to disagree. Due to past circumstances with Liza dating guys who didn’t meet any of her mother’s criteria, Mrs. Yang is desperate for Liza to date a nice, smart, good looking ASIAN guy.
You’ve Reached Sam by Dustin Thao is a young adult romance novel. 16-year-old Julie is still grieving from the loss of her boyfriend, Sam and it doesn’t help that some people blame her for his death. She makes up her mind to stop thinking about him and throws out his stuff, but after reading a message that Sam left for her in the yearbook, she tries to call him. Little did she know that he would pick up.
Final Offer by Lauren Asher is an adult, contemporary fiction romance novel. The book is the third in the Dreamland Billionaires series by Asher, each following a Kane brother. Like the other two, Final Offer is in dual POV and follows the middle Kane brother, Cal, and his love interest, Alana. Alana and Cal were childhood best friends, growing up together in the small town where the book is set.
