We’ll Always Have Summer is the third book of The Summer I Turned Pretty series and takes place two years after the second book and follows Belly Conklin, a freshman in college. Belly has been happily dating Jeremiah for two years, but that all falls apart when she learns that Jeremiah slept with another girl after they fought, and Belly broke up with him.

It’s Not Summer Without You is the second book of The Summer I Turned Pretty series and follows Belly Conklin, a 17-year-old girl. Belly’s having a bad summer, she isn’t going to Cousins Beach for the first time in her life due to the death of Susannah, someone who was a second mother to her. Belly cannot get over Conrad but believes that she has completely ruined the relationship. She believes she will never see the Fisher boys again until she gets a call from Jeremiah that Conrad is missing.

Belly wants to have her best summer yet and finally have her long-time crush Conrad Fisher notice her. Belly believes that this summer will be different from the rest because she is now older and has become “pretty”.

He attends a boarding school, where he and his friend Grover often find themselves victims of bullies. Percy had always learned about Greek mythology and monsters in his Latin class. However, one day, during a school field trip, something seems to change. Percy experiences a strange encounter with his so-called math teacher.

This exciting, fast-paced, book is one that is very violent but somehow still very romantic. This book is centered around an assassin Shin Lina, who is the last remaining member of her Talons gang. She now works for Konrarnd Kalmin, the leader of her rival gang, the Blackbloods, in order to protect her little sister. After stealing and ruining the tapestry of an immortal Dokkaebi, Lina faces serious problems. The Dokkaebi she stole from was none other than the emperor of the Dokkaebi, and now the emperor is looking for revenge.

Holes is an intriguing novel about a teenage boy named Stanley Yelnats, who is sent to a correctional camp in the Texas desert after falsely being accused of being a thief. He is sent to a desert area in Texas called Camp Green Lake, where he and the other juvenile delinquents are forced to dig holes as punishment. He makes a friend who is nicknamed Zero, but at one point Zero runs away because of how much he truly hated camp life. Stanley follows him and they climb a big mountain.
