Legacy by Shannon Messenger is the eighth book in the Keeper of the Lost Cities fantasy series. In this book, Sophie and her friends are done with the lies. If the leaders of their world won’t give them the truth, they will find it themselves. When new truths are brought to light, Sophie must wonder who is still on her side. When she discovers her abilities are not everything she once thought they were, she knows she must risk it all to protect her friends.
My rating for this book is a 2 because the book is bland in my opinion and does not have intensive detail. This book failed to get my interest and I believe the main reason was not enough detail and the plot was very predictable.

In this book, Sophie and her friends realize that some of their old strategies have become too predictable. When Sophie and some of her friends get attacked, she realizes she must do more to protect who she loves. Sophie is fighting back and preparing for battle with some of her new bodyguards. Sophie begins to realize that her old strategy of “one problem at a time” is no longer working.
Nightfall by Shannon Messenger is the sixth book in the Keeper of the Lost Cities fantasy series. In this book, Sophie and her friends are fighting back, but sometimes their fighting isn’t enough. With the Neverseen getting stronger, and the Black Swan getting weaker, Sophie begins to wonder if she should try something entirely different. Is it time to trust the enemy? And if she trusts the enemy, will they be able to pay the price?
Rating: 4 My rating for this book is a 4 because the book is bland in my opinion and does not have intensive detail. This book failed to get my interest for the most part and I think that is mostly because of the sci-fi aspect of the book.

Divergent, by Veronica Roth, is a young adult, science fiction novel. It is a perfect novel for people who love dystopian romance. It follows a young girl named Tris Prior who has grown up in an isolated city. In this city everyone in society is split up into different groups called factions. Everyone takes a test to determine which faction they belong to. When Tris takes the test her results are inconclusive and she gets a rare personality type called Divergent.
